It's been two years since the proposal has passed, one that allows ordinary citizens to freely use their quirks with it no longer being restricted to government regulation. This has affected many pro heroes ability to work, to the point of losing their jobs... meanwhile, villains have to face the new threat that law-abiding citizens are now capable of defending themselves... will you help pro heroes be brought back and have a superhero society remain dominant, or will you help the freedom of quirks stay and strive towards a better future?
